Inserts Quality Guidelines Equipment Our CNC and manual equipment is standard in the industry and our diamond grinding wheels have been specially developed by us to provide you the best possible cutting tool. Tolerance We grind to an E tolerance (+/- .001" on the I.C. and thickness) and hold a C tolerance (+/- .0005" on the I.C. and thickness) and tighter for many customers. Indexability We insure indexability and repeatability by utilizing cams which are made to within +/- .0001" of the exact size of the desired insert. Delivery We deliver in two to five weeks depending on the agreed-upon services. Next-day delivery is often possible by special arrangement with us.
